The headlight was out so I couldn’t drive it at night as I planned.the passengers side mirror was not able to adjust at all.I couldn’t see if traffic was coming or to switch lanes it was terrible.

I scheduled an appointment moving date 5/21 for a 10 x 20 parking spot. Unfortunately your website has false advertisement. You should remove that because it says you are allowed to park RV and much more including trucks which I was not allowed in a 10 x 20 spot, clearly been a customer for a little over two years with a storage unit here unfortunately I did not like how I was treated.

Service was Great. Greeted and welcomed! Paperwork was smooth and All questions were answered! No pressure at all to Rent a storage , was given an opportunity to check out b4 moving forward. We were greeted with a smile 😊

I went here because it was closer to my house. The process was fast but once I got the key OMG. This truck had a bad smell, a lot of dust on the dash, the seats felt sticky. I usually have a good experience renting a uhaul but I would recommend at least doing cleaning of the inside once a week. The first impression is very important for a business.

I rented a unit in this facility South 4 street I wouldn’t recommend this facility to nobody honestly might as well sale your stuff or go somewhere else, I had to throw away my mattress set, there was a leakage comin in from the roof wet my entire mattress causing brown ugly stains also there was rat poop all over my stuff even my boxes were taped and rats got in it, the lady at the front desk was rude very unprofessional, There were dirt bikes riding all around the gated facility just went in there and they weren’t supposed to be there and the lady didn’t even call the cops. Don’t come here or your stuff will rot or get mice very bad experience for me

The Office staff was changing all the time and very unprofessional. They always were verbal or ready to fight someone not realizing we pay their salary. The Corporate Office on the other hand was wonderful to deal with.

The building was hard to find. When I called to see where the building was, the woman working the counter said she had no idea where the key for the truck was and asked me if I was sure that I rented it because she didn't see my order. I finally found the store, went in and the woman was beyond rude and disrespectful. She said "You're the person from the phone" I responded by saying yes and she laughed and responded with, "I figured" as if I wasn't going to come in and try to use the vehicle that I rented. She walks outside without saying a word, checks the key drop box and found the key. I was as respectful as possible when completing the rest of the form even though she was extremely rude. Then once I returned home and began to load the truck I waited on the phone trying to reach customer service and after 55 minutes of no response I hung up the phone. I am very dissatisfied with this location and how I was treated

Sue @ Budget was very, very nice. I originally had my reservation at the Whitehall Store and since I was there to rent a storage unit and saw that they had a U-haul, I had asked if I could switch my reservation. Sue was very happy and helpful in doing this. She had call the Call Center or somewhere and S/W Rose who was very nasty and rude. What did she give to you? I didn't have my paperwork on me since I wasn't sure I was going to get one there. I could have pulled it up on my phone which was in the car. She could have looked it up by my name or phone number. It's people like that who so shouldn't be working in customer service and why people shop/go elsewhere. Sue gets a 10 in my book and Rose a 0. Hope this helps. You can feel free to call me.

The clerk was professional, but the location is in the back alley and hard to find. The equipment that I asked for was not available. Out of all places, the scheduler had me pick up the vehicle here. Poor decision on their part. I will be reluctant to have uhaul as a moving provider in the future.

The fuel tank was claimed full at pickup. I drove 23 miles, then topped the tank with over 4 gallons, costing me $12. Either the cargo van only gets 6 miles/gallon (unlikely), or the tank was not really full at pickup (more likely). The gauge barely at 'F' is not really full. Of course, I received no credit for my fuel donation.

the back of the cargo van was dirty and I am greatfulle the mattreses i picked up were in their new plastic seal. but besides from that all was great and the van drove nicelly, the actual passanger and driver area where clean and just a nice looking and nice ride that with the excellent customer service makes all worth it.

Atleast on a snowy day, there should be some equipment should be kept inside the van to clean up the snow, i had reallly bad experience to clean the vehicle with out the snow scrapper and De-Icer.

The location was really far from where I was renting a storage unit from East Penn and I was forced to pay mileage that I feel I should not have. I will think twice about renting and storing with East Penn again. And this is my third time renting with them and I have always been satisfied in the past. I also reserved 10 moving blankets and they were not available and I now have damaged furniture. The tire pressure light was also on the entire time I had the moving van. All in all not a pleasurable experience, this time.

This is a poor location that needs to have improved lighting at night so it can be safely and easily accessible. Also, the personnel who computed the final invoice should be more professional and understanding in determining the final charges. Permission was obtained to drop off a one day van rental at this location and no one was in the office at 5 pm on a Saturday (same day rental) to accept the vehicle so the key and contract was dropped into the drop off box as directed by the posted instructions on the door. A final email invoice was received on the following Tuesday listing charges for 3 days rental at a much higher rate. Customers need to be treated fairly if U-Haul wants them to come back.

I rented my truck and purchased a storage unit at the budget and lock on 4th street located in Allentown. The woman working at the front desk was amazing. contract # 26388990 1. Truck cab was filthy. 2. I reserved 12 blankets; only 6 were available (Uhaul "guarantee" means nothing). I was told by the lady behind the desk "we are not a full service location" and I could drive to another Uhaul location to get the rest. when I said that I didn't want to pay for the mileage to and from the other location, she decreased the mileage rate and said "that is the best I can do". I used blankets from my house to pack. 3. When I received the receipt by email, I was still charged for 12 blankets. 4. I have rented numerous trailers from Uhaul, but I will never rent or recommend renting a truck. 5. Uhaul should refund me the entire rental cost ($159.55).
