The truck was filthy and even had a blanket and pillow in the back of it. When I showed up to pick up the truck, Bud was not there so we did everything on the phone. This was the point where he told me he didn't carry the blankets I'd included in my order and that I needed to drive to another Uhaul to get some. Not a good experience at all. :(Tanya C.

I would suggest adding a per hour rate after the first 24hrs rental. Sometimes things happen and you go over. Getting dinged for another full day is very off-putting and may prevent me from renting again. I stopped using hertz and switched to Enterprise for same reason. You are already charging a very high mileage rate ... Nailing us with another day was painful...all to use a dirty truck with over 100,000 mile's on it.Craig B.

Uhaul sent me to a storage facility that is not even a uhaul dealer and never has been as a place to drop the truck. Uhaul customer no-service would not answer phones as expected. Finally found a uhaul billing number a was able to get a location (Bud's) of someone who would take the truck. Had talked to two other dealers who wouldn't accept the truck and they to could not get a person on the uhaul customer no-service phone. Bud's was fine, uhaul not so much.KELLY DON Y.

AGENT was not qualified, unprofessional, inadequate, and inexcusably lazy. He did not record the existing damages, did not complete the transaction per Uhaul standards, and made unprofessional remarks. They changed my rate and didn't inform me of it adding $300 to my ticket. They're internet was down when I picked up the truck so I couldn't verify vehicle mileage or the fuel level when I picked the truck up. There is miscommunication between the location owner and U-Haul on the store's hours. He is not open on weekends. He was nice enough to open for me after your system allowed me to place a rental online on Saturday but he says you won't update his store hours despite his communication to you about it.Randal S.

The U-Haul representative was closed when we arrived for our pick up. He closed before he was supposed to. My pick up was at 1:30 PM and his office closes at two but he was gone before 2 pm. We called him on the telephone number included on the reservation and he told me that he already left for the day and that he didn't see any appointments for the trucks. I told him the the reservation number. He Looked it up and told me OK will take me 15 to 20 minutes to get back to the office. I waited because I have driven all the way from Austin to Bulverde Texas and desperately needed this U-Haul. Well he did not take 15 to 20 minutes it was more like 45 minutes. We called corporate to find out what to do and spoke to a lady who said she would comp us $50 at the end of rental. By that time he showed up and so we took the reservation but then he lied to us. I rented out some blankets which I thought was rented but he said no They are paid for by you, there yours. You can keep them . So after our move we decide to keep them and use them for another upcoming move only to find out from another U-Haul agent that those are not yours they were rented to us. We found this out after we returned the truck and went home which was in another city 60 miles away. I do not think that $50 discount is enough for our troubles I think that that rental should be free or complementary. For all the trouble we experienced U-Haul should really compensate us.Diana V.
