The location was not the problem. It was over 2 times what the quote said. The app was not friendly to someone who has a hard time with electronics. Will never use mobile pickup again and may never use U Haul again.

Think the truck needs front end work. Ball joints and struts. Other than that, the truck was very well maintained.

Kristina VThey business owner didn't show up. Fortunately I got a hold of U-haul and they took care of it. U-haul was nice and helped out. I'm hoping this was just a glitch and the new owners are working on it. A return phone call would have been helpful though. Overall the experience was decent, after the pickup.
