JAY LHad trouble with a furniture dolly, one of the wheels had a piece that kept popping out and wouldn't allow that one wheel to roll with ease. We didn't get to use it because of this faulty wheel. I brought this to the attention of the U-Haul attendant, who just dismissed it. Popped the piece back in and said it was fine. Yes, it pops back into place, but it will pop back out when you try to wheel your furniture down to the truck to load it in. FRUSTRATING. He didn't offer to refund the rental; again, he just dismissed what I was trying to explain. Put the item back into rotation for rental by the next person.
Yvette VThe moving truck had some type of horrible grease all over the deck. It was a rainy day and this oil got everywhere. It was all over anything we put on the deck and the oil was tracked into my house and new place of business on the new carpets. This is unacceptable.

OGECHI OToo expensive and my money hold for 2-3 business days they need to charge after and not before so my money can be on hold for days. They also don’t tell you you need to pay for gas when they already charge per mile it’s crazy -0/10 recommended .

OGECHI OI had a good experience dropping off my uhaul after hours at this location. The only reason why I docked off one star is because the instructions to drop off state to park the uhaul in the lot, and so I went through the gate that was already opened to park, and then got locked in. Someone inside the building heard me yelling and came out to let me out and told me that I was actually just supposed to parallel park the truck on the street outside the lot. Other than that hiccup, no issues with the dropoff and it was a smooth process.

MICHAEL GUnfriendly and unhelpful staff had a condescending tone when asked to help with a reservation problem. The truck I reserved was rented out to somebody else and I just wanted to figure out why it happened. There was no help and got a feeling of "It's not my problem good luck" from the staff at the desk. Luckily there was a spare truck for me to use and it wasn't a big deal at the end of the day but I can see other people getting turned off by the passive aggressive attitude of the staff.
WONSEOK PManager are rude , she tried to blackmail me by claiming that the equipment was stolen because I returned it one hour before they opened Throw the app and they won’t let me keep it for another day.

ANDRE DApp is terrible. Requested to drop off at a different location and sent me back to pick up location. Shouldn’t even be an option if it is not allowed. Also had to call customer service twice because app changed pickup time

MIRLEY EArrived at location and had issues picking up truck and was delayed for over an hour due to awaiting a call back on UHAUL’s approval verification approval which is needed prior. This process should be handled the day before and not the day of as this delays the consumer resulting in the loss of tine which is outside of the consumer’s choice. However, the movers (Mitch and John) from the Company called “The Perfect Solutions were awesome, efficient and punctual which made up for UHAUL shortcomings. I would definitely re-hire these two again and will never rent online based this poor experience ! I am truly grateful for the movers who saved the day!
