I have had a great experience these last 2x renting from uhaul. I understand some renters leave the vehicles dirty and the reps get to busy to clean them. I always wash them before dropping them off. Just to help them out a bit. I would choose uhaul over any other renting company.

I never leave negative reviews. This was my first time using U-Haul and it may be the last. I believe corporate needs to review the unethical nature of this location. Please review all the yelp reviews for this location. All the bad reviews are accurate. Main issue is they charged me 15 miles over for what I actually drove. We used your service to pick up a bed then return to my house. I drove exactly 26.8 miles and when I got in somehow the odometer read 36 miles upon return. It’s not a huge issue about money. It’s how the representative responded. This location is strategic on how it takes more than it should. The reviews are evident and my experience today was. I know this is a corporate chain and your team doesn’t care about customer service but I am not going to be using U-Haul after today. The car was clean, easy and comfortable ride.
