Crispin GThis was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any Moving company ever. The customer service was so poor it should not even be called customer service. I had to get in touch with the CEO just to get you to honor the reservation. I made two weeks in advance. And apparently your CEO felt like I was a huge pain in the ass because the truck Was as far away from my house as you could get and still be in the same city. The truck they gave me was gross covered with mud on the windshield not clean the lady that rented the truck made a big point of letting me know that the air conditioner had been turned on when I got in the truck. It was clear the air conditioning was broken in a city where the weather is consistently between 100 and 111 Keeping in mind the only thing that I did wrong and this entire situation was rent a truck from your company. You can be sure I’ll never make that mistake again and I will be sure to share my experience far and wide to save other people from being abused for trying to do business with your company.

Raymond VI went to the Rosedale Highway location to pick up my reserved auto hauler trailer, and the site was closed for the day. I called the national number and they where very efficiently transferring me to the Jewett site where I pick up the trailer. Jewett staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I was on my way in no time...

John RTruck was broken ran very bad. Was way over charged for miles because the lady never came out to do anything just handed me the keys and walked away. Brakes are bad in the truck. Whole front end feels like it was going to fall off

Joseph PI saw nothing needing to be improved. Gabriella was patient and accommodating to the time changes regarding my reservations. Another worker even stayed later than usual just so I was able to return the trailer on my preference. I’d definitely recommend this location to anyone who is needing a U-haul.

beverly sAlthough the gentleman made arrangements for it to kind of work, it was frustrating because his business is closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays. I didn’t want to keep it a full 24 hours but it was the only option to meet him. I do NOT think it should be an option to rent from a business that is closed!!!!!

Was unable to reserve, system down. I left a message, in detail, of my needs, on his number. Vehicle was waiting for me....I was in / out in 10 minutes! The return was only 5 minutes! Sean HIt was 110 degrees in bakersfield ca. .and I asked the uhaul representative if he had a truck with Air conditioning because the truck he gave me the AC didn't work and he said no he didn't have one.
