At first, it is a little intimidating showing up to the rental location. Office based in a 5th wheel trailer. Not a lot of signage to point you in the right direction. That was overcome by the overwhelming friendliness and caring of the proprietor. He was very diligent in the paperwork, clearly explained the costs and associated mileage charges, pointed out the fuel level in the vehicle with the expectation upon return. He took time to go around the vehicle and ensure that any existing damage was clearly marked. He allowed me to park my personal vehicle on the property while I used the truck. The truck itself was older (100,000 miles). The air conditioner worked intermittently. But it did the job that we needed it to do. When I returned the truck, the proprietor met me in the lot and thanked me for the service. If I find myself in need of a rental again, i will rent from this UHAUL location.

Lowe EThe internet was spotty and extended the checkout time. The U-Haul software integration between customer entry and facility entries is so horrible it caused an hour delay in rental checking period. Communication from the vendor to corporate account representation was Excellent from Deborah who walked through the software glitches with expertise. This was after a condescending rep named Kelly just played a blame game on me the customer and Luis the Vendor and told us both to cancel the original reservation and start over. This puts a bad mark on my rental history. Luis was great, I exercised great patience with your software and Luis. Deborah A+, Kelly D-, Luis A+
