Went to the location half hour before scheduled time. I was told that There was only one bus and they could not find the keys. She agent tried to get in contact with management no answer. I waited over 2 hrs. When walking out a customer returned a smaller truck, i reserved it but it had high odor and very dirty. I had to vacuum before use.

I didn't find the staff to be helpful or accommodating. I hope they get better customer service training. My first time renting from U-Haul and the van was mostly clean and it ran very smoothly.

They overcharge me for mouse. They charge me for an extra day. I reached out to the representative, and they still have not adjusted my bill. I’ve been renting from U-Haul for over 10 years never had a cleaning fee or a fuel charge.

Have Van and equipment ready for customers so that wait time is not an inconvenience. I got my vehicle so late that I ended up paying more than I had to pay, which was a major time and financial expense. I only wanted my vehicle for a few hours and ended up being charged for a whole day that I didn’t have the van, really unfair. Inadditon the App was not working properly, so I wasn’t able to dispute my charge, because it wouldn’t allow me, and the chat feature to speak to someone also didn’t work. It is on setting to me. I will only order from actual Uhual locations in the future if I need a quick move. I also wished that you all would include helpful information like Uhual can’t go on Parkways and what we should take instead, that was another issue for me.

The rep at this location does not represent U-Haul in a professional manner. I arrived on time for my rental 12pm and i was told they not open yet while he was there on his phone. I went outside and waited 10 mins, came back and he continued on his phone about the strip club. He then called my name and proceeded with check in process while still talking on the phone at the counter. He then gave me the key and told me the truck at the corner and continued on his call. I took photos of the dirty vehicle inside and out and was on my way. I was pressed for time and it was only a few large boxes and glass table. I drove 3 miles return the vehicle within 4hrs, hence it was minimal charge for the rental. I return keys and asked the rep if he would like to check vehicle with me and he asked "did you crash it" i said no, he then said "so I guess we good then". I later on got a receipt which included a $50 cleaning fee. When I called the rep he said the truck was dirty and smell. I said I have pics that I got it that way he said "so if its not you then it was the person before, so why you take the dirty truck then". Hence you never checked the truck before giving it to me. He spoke over me every time i try to ask him a question and was treated awfully as a customer. This rep has no customer service skills, lacks respect and professionalism. I would never use this location as a pick up ever again and would advise others not to also.

The mileage didn’t work for me, they only gave me 40 miles and it was way more to get to my destination, I guess the calculation wasn’t right .

I was missing my Dolly and was charged for it now I have no way of contacting you to get my refund for equipment I paid for but never received and then was told at the pick up location “Oh we don’t have any dolly’s” when I needed it to move and it was last minute and a huge inconvenience

Be upfront about any additional fees possibly accrued due to not having the truck returned at the specific time to alleviate confusion & unjust fees. I was under the guise I could contact Haul ahead of time for assistance, received none, & was later charged an additional $40 for a $20 truck - not including the request to ensure the gas is full prior to returning. I can't say if this issue is on uhaul as a company or on the provider but the provider should inform guests at the time of pickup so these qualms can be avoided.

The customer service was knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. The vehicle just needed to be cleaned. There was trash and debris in the center console and mats and a sticky substance spilled along the center console as well.

unfortunately they're doing repairs to the street, and I had to walk a block and around the corner to pick it up .I had a small issue returning. I didn't see a drop box for keys and I had to come back when the place was opened, other than that it was very convenient and local

I booked online 16 insurance + 20 dollars/day + 13 millas Total 62.82 They asked and they debited from my card 102. I disputed it with my bank, they have hide fee. This is not my first time, this place is terrible.

They overcharged me for gas. I returned with the same amount of gas I picked it up and they still charged me 66 dollars more. Don't go there people. They are scammers. If you don't buy food at their restaurant they overcharged you. Karma will knock on their door for overcharged me. 666999

The worst customer service ever! First of all it was in a restaurant and you had to speak to agent through the phone that was not only rude but seemed like was half asleep. He screwed up our reservation and we ended up paying more. made our move SO stressful

U-Haul service in a food establishment is tacky. Someone should type in the "aka" to let people know that the business name listed is not the business name of the location to pick up. The pick up was way too long of a process for signing in for a check in online only to have to wait for someone and wait for the same information to be entered when picking up.
