They overcharge me for mouse. They charge me for an extra day. I reached out to the representative, and they still have not adjusted my bill. I’ve been renting from U-Haul for over 10 years never had a cleaning fee or a fuel charge.

Kyle CHave Van and equipment ready for customers so that wait time is not an inconvenience. I got my vehicle so late that I ended up paying more than I had to pay, which was a major time and financial expense. I only wanted my vehicle for a few hours and ended up being charged for a whole day that I didn’t have the van, really unfair. Inadditon the App was not working properly, so I wasn’t able to dispute my charge, because it wouldn’t allow me, and the chat feature to speak to someone also didn’t work. It is on setting to me. I will only order from actual Uhual locations in the future if I need a quick move. I also wished that you all would include helpful information like Uhual can’t go on Parkways and what we should take instead, that was another issue for me.
