Brant went above and beyond with his level of service. I can’t say enough how appreciative we were for all the help he provided. It’s good to know there are people who are willing to help total strangers. I highly recommend this rental location!!

Kris AThe lockbox to get the key was difficult to open. Taking pictures when first picking up the truck Did not work very well in the app. The app would not accept many of the pictures so had to skip most of them. The gas gauge on the truck was moving up and down so was very hard to figure out how much gas was in the vehicle. Never received the email with my receipt and when I looked at my bank account the same amount showed twice even though it was less miles and the charge was going to be less. Will need to watch the posting and make sure it posted correctly. Other than that everything else was ok.
Scott PLocation was well lit up. Great instructions on how to return the truck. It was a smooth experience for the drop off.
