Drop the online pickup. We did not want the online pickup. We were told we would have a person to talk to. It took us 1.5 hours to check out the truck - unacceptable. The app did work and we waited 15 mins for a 24/7 online rep to help us. We had to email the photos to them because the truck photos would not send. We will rent from someone else to avoid this again no matter the cost.

MIGUEL GWe haven't moved anything for a long, long time and I felt the truck was just what we needed and the cost was very reasonable. All and all it worked great for us and will will probably need to rent it again in a week or two. Very satisfied!!
