Customer service is his priority. Now I see why everyone wants to rent at that location. Love the service and this location . Best ever

Monique BVan was parked in a lot very close to the Burgundy convenience store, they walked me right to it. Van was in pristine condition. Easy to leave and enter the lot with the van. Quick pick up and drop off (no waiting in a line), and reasonable price for the day.

Lynette TI was there at the location as early 7:55am and found the location closed. I contacted U-Haul customer service at around 8:18am to find out if the store would open or not and only then did the guy arrived to open the store. Take note that the guy didnt even apologize for opening late. I had to walk with him to get the vehicle at the parking lot. Totally unprofessional and definitely will not be coming back to this location.

GREGORY CDavid in burgundy is amazing! Super fast, very easy pickup and drop off. My first time renting got my boxes delivered in 5 hours and it was too ez. Signing up online was quick and getting the keys after couple of steps was easier. Will do this again! Driving almost 70 miles, cost me less than 15 bux on gas. Economic gas value!

LAWRENCE TThis location is the most horrible location I have had the misfortune of dealing with. It is sketchy deli. They sit in the front smoking with friends outside of the store and they are extremely unprofessional. As soon as you pull up you will see a bunch of people sitting in the front with plastic chairs, smoking with cups on the ground. Everytime I rent a uhaul from this location it is a problem. ALSO, be aware, that when you rent from this location there is always a half a tank of gas. YOU will never get a full tank. I returned it with a half a tank as I received it and uhaul has charged me a fuel charge stating that it was a full tank when it was NOT, so evidently this deli store employees are driving the uhauls in between rentals. My experience yesterday will be the last time I ever deal with these unsavory people at this deli. I specifically told the owner I would be returning the van at the location either late or in the morning and he said "fine". When i returned it late the store was close and i left the uhaul with the keys in the van in their parking lot. The owner or manager of the deli just called my telephone screaming in my phone at me for leaving it after hours and said he told me earlier not to leave it which is a blantant lie. Im afraid to ever interact with this location again because he sounded very threatening if I were to ever go to that location again. This particular location has VERY UNSAVORY characters. STAY AWAY from this location unless you want to be subjected to verbal abuse and deal with unsavory/unprofessional characters. Uhaul needs to monitor locations like this and fix the flaws in their mobile check-out and check-in. I rent from uhaul frequently and Ive always try to avoid this location at all cost but i had no choice this holiday But I will NEVER rent from this location agakn and you should NOT either! STAY AWAY!

VIANETTE FI ordered a dolly for this rental & none provided. Very difficult to find location. And agent was not good with English. The worst experience was having to provide all info on line & taking photos of my license . Totally unacceptable & only added further delays to a rushed schedule, in addition to having to run to another U haul office to get a dolly.
