After such a bad start to with no gas at my pick up, when I got to New Jersey there wasn’t a drop off place for the truck. I put in to drop off the truck at 5 o’clock and didn’t find a place until 620 to be exact. The one place at 237 s washington ave was horrible. A man came out talking very nasty telling me that this is not a U-Haul place and never will be so that location needs to be corrected.I was given three different places and drove around for an hour and a half while one of the techs was on the phone with me to find different locations. Thank God for this place that man really made me feel better. This location didn’t accept trucks, but the owner was so helpful. He called a supervising staff for this district, and all three of them made it happen. We had drove around for two hours looking for a U-Haul places. It’s very important that you guys know whether it’s a truck or a van drop off location because most of the places only take vans so Englewood should not be a drop off for truck trucks going further and it should be noted because after a hard day of moving, that experience was very stressful I will not be using U-Haul again. Next time I move I will pay that money for movers. Moving is already stressful and emotional and this made it worse.

It's a storefront. I had to go to a nearby pharmacy to ask where it was. When I went into the store, the clerk was not very communicative. I could barely make out what he was saying. I also was not sure he was confident with that was going on. So, yes I would recommend for value and convenience. No, I would not recommend because of the setup.
JOSEPH RDoors being locked during business hours. I was unable to return keys. I dropped off before 12:59. Receipt says I dropped off at three. The person who claimed they were in charge wasn't present and gave orders to the counter person. He was sarcastic says, this isn't brain surgery when I asked for assistance. Claims his sarcasm was him being direct. Being nice goes a long way. He treated the other customer better as I recognized the change in tone. He threatened that it is his right to refuse me service because I addressed my concerns. He says, do you want to rent or not. I said yes and he says "yes what" i said its an answer to your question. I needed the vehicle so I dealt with his lack of decorum. Lastly when I tried to drop off the keys. The door was locked. Note says be back after 5. I was there at 12:59. Note had 2 #'s to call and a guy named Dave tells me to leave it with a guy at the deli.. I wasn't comfortable with it but I also didnt want to hold on yo the keys in case they wanted to charge me additional fees. I had to go to work in the evening. There needs to be at least a drop box.
KAREN VThis was the BEST and EASIEST Uhaul experience I've ever had (and I've moved at least 5 times in the last decade). The store owner/manager was super friendly and informative. He asked if we had any questions, but he did such a good job explaining and anticipating any potential issues that I didn't have any (and I ALWAYS have questions). This is my new go-to Uhaul location!
JASMINE NI brought the car earlier at 4:30 pm but still was charged for 4 hours. The guy at the location didn’t speak English at all and this meant no communication. This really makes the service terrible. He tried his best and he is a good guy despite not being able to speak English. Language enrichment will make him adorable.
