They only had a 1/4 of a tank in it when I picked it up which I felt it should of had more fuel in it so I could my move without putting gas in it right away. Not very good for the customer experience.Ronald G.

I wasn't sure if I was at the right bldg to return the truck. The Burlington Auto Sales return desk was in the bldg with a Deery Auto sign on bldg. It did say Burl. Auto on the door once I got to the door. ( there was a sign by the road too.)Bonnie P.

Spilled pop on the console, cabin area not swept out. Auto Outlet itself wasn't too bad. The Uhaul website and call center was the problem. Why do you show a van available at a location when you know a delivery firm has it out and hasn't been in contact with you on the return? 30 minute waits on the 800# to get no assistanceStephen F.

Friendly service. However it was 104 degrees heat index and Air Conditioner didn't work at all. Check in went smooth. When picked up uhaul, it had less than 1/4 tank gas!! So frustrated. Then put in over a half tank and no credit when returned. Wasted money on this. I recommend these come with full tank so customers must return with full tank. Saves time for renters to!Cory D.

My order was changed multiple times along with my reservation time without contacting me. I didn't receive the dolley or the couch-mattress pads that I ordered. Overall this stressed me out more than I needed it to.Hope M.
I've complained before, and I still experience the same poor customer service. A customer should not have to hunt down their own uhaul in town because the employee on the phone tells them the nearest is an hour away. Then when confronted with the information blames the customer.Dustin A.

When I got there to rent the uhaul they said there was a half of tank of gas and they were automatically charging me for 15 miles they never said anything about putting gas into it so I got an extra charge. This should have been mentioned from the beginning.Chasity S.

The truck served my needs beautifully. I can think of 2 ways to improve for the next customer: Show the customer how the back door opens and how the ramp comes out and goes back in. The second thing would be to sweep out the back of the truck.james R.

Most likely it is not the pick-up location's fault. It is U-Haul. I requested the trailer on line. A mistake. It was not available where I requested. The desired location was the one to tell me that after I made a phone call... No advance warning from U-Haul. Frustrating. Do not promise equipment online when you cannot deliver. Also, I requested 24 moving blankets. The pick-up location did not have any. I called the original pick-up location , and they had only 12. So, I made a trip there. Again, very frustrating, and as it turned out, I had some damage to my furniture because of rubbing/abrasions. The desired blankets would have prevented this.Richard B.
Update your web sight. The web sight tells you that the truck is larger that it really is. You need to correct this because it caused problems with our move. We are using U-Haul again to move at the end of the month and I hope we do not have any problems then.Brandon K.

I don't need the uhaul guy to come out and hook up the trailer to my truck. I bought a truck to use it as a truck. I pull boats and jetskis and a car hauler all three time all over the place. I only rented your trailer because I needed a smaller trailer than I have. It was rather insulting to have some guy come out and try to put a trailer on MY truck.Austin H.

I had used the online app to set up my pick up time. When I got there to do the pick up the app was clunky and would not let me log in. The gentleman in the office provided excellent customer service and had me on the road in no time. He was very polite and had everything ready for us. Overall it was an excellent experience. I would highly recommend spending the few extra dollars for the truck with the â€œEZ ramp.â€ Made things so simple!!TERESA B.

the Burlington location is great. uhaul the company sucks. we were supposed to get a truck in cedar rapids and had to drive two hours away to get truck with no reimbursement for the extra gas and time. I have rented from uhaul before and have never had such crappy service from the online order. Never again.Mike M.
I was shocked this location was 2 hours from the preferred location which I understood would be the pickup location. I offered other option in more populated areas to find no trucks. In total I drove 4 hours out of my way and had additional gas costs.cherisa M.
