Was originally told we could pick up the 15’ box van in Mt Pleasant then got a call on Sunday stating that our 9 am pick up for the Mt Pleasant location would now be in West Burlington and at 10:30 am. Get there no truck well it was there the staff didn’t know it was there I don’t and won’t recommend U-Haul to anyone as a 1st time user this was horrible

Robert Cthe drop off location was a retail store that was closed for the day. none of the above categories pertained to dropping off the truck. the drop box was easily accessible. the answers to the above questions are not appropriate, the retail store was closed.
