There should be an amount of gallons printed instead of just the fuel level? I put too much in and so now I've wasted 30 dollars on top of your already insane prices. The staff was wonderful, so I would say my overall experience was good. However, the gas process is ridiculous especially considering you already have to pay by the mile???Zoe D.

The computer was making mistakes and It ended up charging me five times. The person there was able to cancel out two of them but I still have two extra charges on my account. I returned the truck which was very small in the cab. Almost dangerous. My knees were up against the dashboard. I was certainly very upset when I brought it back. The lady there, Anastasia, seemed genuinely concerned and calmed Me down. She wrote done uhaul a number and told Me what I could do. I actually left there feeling I'd made a successful moving even though I had only made one trip instead of the three I had planned for. I would certainly hire her for management. She didn't seem fazed one bit with a upset customer, who also was a 6'7â€ 300 pound man. So my thanks to this ordeal goes out to her.GREGORY W.

With all things considered, it isn't necessary. The application and making the reservation, the use of the vehicle went well and the return of the vehicle also went well. The location was fine. My review has nothing to do with the location. The staff AT THE LOCATION was friendly. The experience, however, was horrible!! I reserved a truck and was notified the night before that the pickup time and location was changed. I ended up having to drive an hour and a half to pick up the truck. We ended up having to rent a 2nd truck from a local vendor (Handy Andy) because we were paying movers who showed up at the scheduled time but because of YOUR COMPANY, we had no truck for them to load. We were originally scheduled to pick up in Kenmore, WA at 8am and ended up having our reservation time and location changed to Burlington, WA at 10:00am which with travel time and traffic ended up putting us behind by 3 hours!! (Hence us renting an additional truck so we weren't paying movers for 3 hours to do nothing). Horrible business practices by your company that put customers in this position.Megan M.

The two employees were working with a new pad system. They were having difficulty manuvering through the system that caused long delays at check in and check out. They were pleasant and focused. Good location but need more moving supplies.David W.

This is a general comment of the vehicle experience. Both of the personnel that helped were very kind and accommodating. I see U-Haul has put a lot of effort into MPG saving, with body skirts, aero corners, and the significantly annoying graph on the dashboard. Yet, one of the most effective gas saving devices, cruise control, would be more effective, and makes the trip easier for the customer. Second issue, that is potentially a real concern is the volume of noise in the cab. I am a retired Fire Captain exposed to sirens for more than 30 years, with hearing issues. But the wind noise around doors and windows is excessive. So excessive it was only white noise to try to add the radio. Soundproofing the cab would not only be more pleasant for the customer, but would be safer. A decibel reading at freeway speeds may be enlightening. Thank you for listening, ScottScott F.

This company is the best of the best of the best - with honors. Friendly, accommodating, professional, fair...the list of positives I experienced upon reservation, collection, and return of my UHaul is almost innumerable. I highly recommend this company. Also, I would like to add, that the business location is very close to two gas stations, so refilling fuel is easy, and doesn't add any additional miles to the balance due.Maren M.

I rented a pickup from this location back in May 2016 and yesterday, Saturday, January 21, 2017, I rented a cargo van. What a difference!!! Highly recommend the cargo van over the pickup any day!! Not only do you have the double doors in the back, there is another set of smaller double doors on the passenger side!! It was raining the day I rented the pickup truck (in May!) and yesterday was a nice pleasant day and even the sun was out!! Go figure! Rent the cargo van over the pickup truck!!! Same price and so much better!!Linda S.
Policy of renter giving 2 additional contacts is way overboard. $10 insurance is a scam if it also says that I have to pay the first $150 of any accidental damage And employee was very slow at figuring anything out by herself. I was there 45 minutes before I told her I was no longer interested and that I wanted to cancel the rental.ERIC C.

My problem was with the Meridian center in Bellingham. I took at train to B'ham and therefore had no car. I was not told that there was a possibility I would have to pick up the truck in another site. I had to get someone to take me to Burlington. I asked for the truck between 7 and 8 in the morning and did not get it until 1 pm. The woman in Burlington Was very helpful calling me to keep me abreast of developemnts and when the truck returned early she called me.Mary F N.

The staff at this location was rude and very unhelpful, we tried to explain to her our situation, and she was unconcerned and unaccommodating. Also proceeded to issue additional charges after the return without talking to us about the charges in the tune of $295. We have not only used U haul for ever, but we also Work for you. This is not how u haul treats customers and i am really upset at the treatment and extra charges.ROB B.
