On the self check in via u haul app, it has many steps. The one thing that is missing is that there is no comment section. It would be nice to add notes to it. Example, the box area was dirty when we got it and I swept it out when returning it. Brakes worked but extremely noisy .

William AI don't know whether it was the problem with the app that day or whether the connectivity is bad there, but it took me an hour and a half to get my truck picked up, most of that on the phone with a representative,and that is simply not acceptable.
