Sarah DMy only issue was the fact that the gentleman who helped me hook up the trailer, had me check all the lights to make sure they worked. He said "good to go" when in fact, the trailer had no running lights. I was pulled over at 3am by an Iowa State Trooper who temporarily detained me all because this trailer had no working running lights. I had to drive with my hazard lights on for 90 mins which caused me to start seeing "ghost" flashes. After that I purchased a magnetic hazard light to attach to the trailer. I would like to be contacted to be reimbursed for the $30 lights, $8 of AA batteries and $10 zip ties I had to purchase just to drive legally.
ROBERT OI did not reserve my truck from this location. I did not know my location was changed until I arrived at the place I actually reserved it from that morning. So, my day was delayed by 30 minutes and I had to pay for an extra 15 miles of driving. The individuals at the Shell & Bait were very friendly and helpful, the experience was otherwise fine -- but did not get off to a good start, and did not appreciate having to spend the extra $$.

DALE TVan was due for an oil change and the tire pressure light was on. All tires were low so I had to add air to all the tires.

THOMAS Ddrop off information was changed after i picked up the truck. Causing me unnecessary trouble and made me drop off the truck 20 miles away from my chosen return spot. the u-haul locations were alright but whoever at U-haul corporate that changed my reservation info gets negative stars.

JASON STrailer was covered in sand/dirt. Operator said lights were working before I left, right brake/turn signal out. I checked the connector. Had a friend follow me round trip. Going forward I will work with another location. Was sent here from the original location I was working with.

Julian TI normally go to a larger place but this place was nice. Loved the greeters - the dogs were awesome. The equipment was great and worked awesome.
CHRISTINA BLots of trucks so kind of hard to find a spot but for renting that's good. I needed a trash can to clean the truck but everything else was good. Self check in.
Janessa HI love renting U-Haul from this location. It is easy to get in and out. They are courteous. Makes the whole experience easier. Today was a very last-minute rushed rental for me and the professionalism was so appreciated.
HEATHER LOwner of service station was helpful. Pick up and drop off were easy and convenient. Although, leak in the cargo box allowed overnight rain to damage mattress and box spring.

Joan CThey did not call the day before to confirm. When I reserved a truck via head quarters I did not request this location. So morning of I went to Apple Valley which was where I had requested the U-Haul was reserved. Everyone helped me find out where I needed to go. But it put my schedule off by an hour that day.. then I had to drive the U-Haul an extra 20 miles and get charged for that mileage.

Terence GGreat service, wouldn’t change a thing!
Steve HUsed the truck for one day get chargrd for two days. I had a 40mins delay due to traffic while returning it and i called uhaul customer care who made me underatand that she will put a note and i will not be charged for an extra day. But they assured me that they will rectify it but am still waiting
