The truck sounded like a drove like it was on its last leg. U-Haul changed my reservation last minute to a pickup location over 30 min away and then charged me the mileage on it all…ended up getting a truck from Penske same day after they wouldn’t let me extend my rental and got a 24hr rental same size truck for 1/2 what U-Haul charged. Will not be using U-Haul ever again. Penske earned my business!
