Sticky substance leaking inside the cab on every turn. Severe water leak somewhere. Ruined my sofas and my brand new mattress! I never got a dolly. It didn't stop y'all from charging me for it. I cannot recommend anyone here. The entire experience was unsavory. My living room set is destroyed. I had to order another bed. I would like the cost for the dolly returned to my account. Mileage seems to be wrong more often than not. When you have a problem trying to get ahold of someone in customer service is ridiculous, you have to wait on hold for an hour. When you finally get someone they tell you that all they can do is possibly get the error fixed with little to compensate for the amount of time to get it corrected to begin with.PERRY B.
Parking lot not well lit at night. Could not fit a 26' truck in with the other rental vehicles already parked. Had to put it on the back row. It was convenient however as my storage unit was next door, saving miles and time.DANIEL K.

if you offer 24/7 truck share i should not have to go inside to get the keys. also took way to long to verify my rental in the office.MATTHEW H.

When customers make a reservation that they actually get what they are supposed to get and pick up! Different location, Different time, Different truck! Why even make a reservation and hold with a credit card! Not satisfied!JENNIFER C.
