Natalie HThe location is misleading information. When I choose the location. It says Food Mart . I went to 3different locations and the second place gives me the correct address. When I got there. I found an empty lot where U-Haul was parked. I circled around looking for someone to help me out. The building was closed and empty. Lucky their is a class going on and the lady was opening the door waiting for the student to come in and I was able to asked for help regarding my rental..Then she went inside and someone help me out. It took almost 2hours for us to process cause she call someone to process my reservation. I got the vehicle at 11 am but when I log in to my U-haul app it say I have to return the vehicle at 9 am. I thought I have all day unloading my stuff . The lady that help me is very nice and the person on the phone is very helpful. I’m just disappointed on misleading the information on the location. I was expecting a store that I can walk in and someone can help me out right away.
rosario mPersonnel decided to check in my truck 5 days after drop off and charge me an extra $200 for days that the truck was sitting in their parking lot. There are cameras that can clearly show drop off date and time and yet I am having to dispute this. GET IT TOGETHER!!!!
