Buttermilk Storage and U-Haul provides excellent customer service, clean trucks and are very clear and efficient getting you into your truck in a timely manner. I also have a storage unit at this location, and like with the U-Haul trucks, they provide excellent service and a very clean facility. I recommend this location highly.

This is the third time I have used this location for a truck rental. I have been completely satisfied every time. So much so that I rent a 10x15 climate controlled storage unit this week. Keep up the good work.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They even called to let us know the van arrived back early so we could come pick it up if we wanted. Easy drop off and pick up. We would definitely use this location again

The manager of this location was extremely rude to my mom and I when we were doing our mobile truck pick up. He acted like we didn’t have a right to be there or to be renting a truck because we were females and it made us extremely uncomfortable and I would absolutely not use this location again.

I setup the rental the way I wanted it and when I arrive they tell me that INSURANCE was added. I asked them to take it off before I left with the vehicle and when I returned the vehicle there was the charge for INSURANCE. VERY DISPLEASED THEY TOOK THE LIBERTY TO CHARGE ME FOR A SERVICE I DID NOT WANT!!

I cannot say enough good things about your business! From the very first day I stopped in your staff was nothing but kind, polite, professional, knowledgeable & accommodating. Moving and having to store your things is hard and stressful enough. Jessie, Christian, Derreck couldn't have been kinder and more helpful. I have already recommended you to others and I will continue to do so. I am hoping I will not have the need for storage anytime soon, but if I do I will be back to Buttermilk Storage. It was a pleasure doing business with you!

NO ONE TOLD ME I HAD TO CRESTE AN ACCOUNT AND DOWNLOAD THE APP TO RETURN THE TRUCK. PLUS ALL THE PITCHURES I HAVE TO TAKE BEFORE RETURNING THE KEY. IT SEEMS LIKE YOU'RE IN TRH BUSINESS OF CHARGING EXTRA FOR LATE RETURN OR IMPROPER RETURN. YOU SUCK

Great customer service here. However, I filled the truck FULL of fuel, knowing that I only had to fill it to 3/4 full (making it easier for future renters.). But, I was still charged $1 / mile for extra mileage... -It would have been nice if my generosity would have offset that a bit...

My reservation was to drop off at the 4425 Dixie Hwy, Elsmere, KY 41018 location however they refused to take the trailer despite having a reservation. They made me find a different location to return to. It was incredibly frustrating. They made it sound like I should’ve not made the reservation online. Thankfully the Cresent Springs location took the trailer despite not having a reservation for it.

The female employee was late opening office , Took her time getting out of truck to turn on lights and unlock doors of business that should’ve already open. There was 3 cars waiting to be helped with 9am reservation behind mine. It was well after 9 am by time my rental was on the road. She was very rude to myself and other customers waiting as we asked questions about our rentals as we waited for her to turn on computer. . I would not have someone like her working my front desk dealing with customers.. family business or not. Which she made clear.. so assume she’s the family. Would not recommend this location. This is second time I have dealt with her so it seems to be a pattern. Avoid.. very unfriendly and rude business practices. Hope they address the issues for future rentals for other customers.

Honestly, I would not recommend any uhaul. The charge for them having to record the mileage you used, actually having to down load an app on your personal phone. Is asinine.

This is a family owned and operated business. They treat you like family, too. Always helpful, friendly and professional. Security is excellent. One time they called us to say we hadn’t properly locked our unit. We were on our way out of town, so they put a lock on it for us until we returned and secured it ourselves. Entire place is really clean all the time. Had a storage unit for 13 months. Never saw a bug. Price stayed the same. Used autopay which made it easy. Will go back to them any time we need storage and will recommend to all our friends.

The main lady was rude as can be when she told me a 30ft enclosed trailer would fit in a parking and it actually sticks to far out and someone is going to hit it. After calling and telling her we’re not going to take the spot and what about a refund. She told me I didn’t give a 30 day notice and won’t be getting a refund. Our trailer was never parked there and just about a week from signing up for this “makeshift parking spot” of course made me angry makes her demeanor was already negative so I asked to speak to a manager because I was done with her mouth and was told no you can’t speak to a manager, don’t call back and hung up on me. Never will a recommend this place.
