One time they called us to say we hadn’t properly locked our unit. We were on our way out of town, so they put a lock on it for us until we returned and secured it ourselves. Entire place is really clean all the time. Had a storage unit for 13 months. Never saw a bug. Price stayed the same. Used autopay which made it easy. Will go back to them any time we need storage and will recommend to all our friends.
