I got there late afternoon and the gate was closed so I went through the process to drop off the truck, taking a ton of pictures to prove there was no damage to the truck even though I had bought full insurance coverage so the condition of the truck shouldn't matter. That took me about 15 minutes which was a big hassle when I was all tired from 2 days of moving. UHaul charged me for a couple miles I went over but of course did not refund me for the dolly that I had reserved but was not available.

Darrell FU haul are robbers , I had the truck back the same day with gas tank full only went 15 miles over what was predicted , I didn't have service when I returned truck so put key in box , the lady that works there lives on the property and could not miss the truck parked in front in fact she was up and awake in her upstairs apt. When truck was returned and they trying to charge almost 200 bucks when it should only be a 15 buck charge for milage...EVERYTIME THERE IS OVERCHARGE MONEY EVERYTIME TGEY FIND SOMEWAY TO RIP YOU OFF NIT THIS TIME IVE Contacted an attorney
David BThis location should not be allowed to have your trucks! Moving is deeply stressful, and on top of that stress, I arrived at Bux Bear Storage to find a FILTHY truck with 1/2 a tank of gas, to start my moving day. The back of the truck was as filthy as the cab, and there were bugs splattered all over the windshield, mirrors, trailer. The cab reeked inside, and I felt like I needed a shower from sitting in it. I immediately drove to your location on Hwy 99 in Medford saw that I was in panic mode, and he went to work to right as much as possible for me. Blowing out the back and mopping it, cleaning the windows and mirrors, and removing a windshield visor that was stuffed behind the driver's seat, which was making it impossible to drive. I'm going to find my paperwork so that I can give you his name! I had also reserved a dozen furniture pads and a furniture dolly, which were not inside the truck. The horrible woman at Bux Bear just shrugged that off too.

RANDALL GOur original reservation was at a different location in Medford. It was moved to Bux Bear Storage and we never received notification. We went to the original location and found out that they no longer had our reservation. Although the text reminders indicated Bux Bear location, the on-line reservation still showed the original location. This cost us 1.5 hours of confusion and frustration. Also, the on-line pickup was not responding, and we had to wait on hold to get someone to fix it, so we could get the code to pick up the truck. Another 1/2 hour wasted. Except for the quality of the equipment, the overall experience was miserable.
