Amazing place! If you’re renting a U-Haul here, they will go above and beyond to find one for you and search other locations if they don’t have it. Or at times they will get one to this location for you. Highly recommend super professional.

The folks at Byrds are awesome!!! Friendly and very nice! Truck was ok. My biggest issue was something outside of Byrds control. The Uhaul Load Share Program. First time I’ve ever been a part of it but that trailer had absolutely ZERO brakes!!!! Picked up in SC for a drop off in OH. Let’s just say I had to really beat up on the 26’ F550 to keep from falling off the mountains! Was probably the worst 10 hours of driving I have ever experienced and I have towed a ton of trailers from nothing to 53 footers! Honestly, if I didn’t have my bride in the truck… I would have ditched it. A 12 hour drive was 20+ and my fuel cost was double that of a normal trip. Seriously, if you are approached to do a Load Share, test the brakes before you even leave the lot. Reached out to Uhaul customer service to make sure the trailer and because of it, the truck is serviced appropriately so the next renter has a better experience. Was simply told “Sorry”. Would love for Uhaul to reach out to me but not expecting anything.
JONATHAN JSystems were down. Only had 1 furniture cart when I requested 2. Had to due over from prior E-Alert where U-haul did not refresh the sytem to remove an invalid charge. Took nearly an hour.

STEPHEN SI'm sorry, I've been busy and hadn't had time to reply. The facility where I picked up the truck was fantastic. They were very helpful and I ended up renting a storage unit from them. I wish I could say the same for the UHAUL employee. I asked for an appliance dolly. They sent a small hand truck that I wouldn't even put a 5 gallon bucket on. Because of that I had to go 3 hours round trip to get one. None of my local stores had one available. That being said I had to pay my employees, 3 to be exact, $35.00 an hour each. That's $325.00 just thrown away. Then I have the extra mileage and a full tank of fuel that I also had to pay for. I would like to speak with someone concerning my refund. Thank you

PENNY CTruck needs an alignment bad - very hard to turn and tires rough. Dents and dings in truck, but it had clean cab and back of truck nice and clean. Overall a great experience, but couldn’t use the app because it would not upload onto my cell phone bc I don’t have IOS 16 or higher.

KEVIN MVery inconvenient that they only were open until 1 PM and I only needed a 15 foot truck and had to get the 26 foot truck because they close so early. And then watched four trucks be returned and sit there that were the size that I needed and nothing I could do about it. I had to extend for another day and was told over the phone that it would be $40 when I went to drop the truck off and jumped up to $60.
