After being urged to install the u-haul app in order to return the equipment I found this to be a long and frustrating experience. Once the app was installed after dealing with various problems including poor communications connection at the location I then found the app was not clear on the return procedure. When I tried to text the word "Move" as suggested to get help there was no response, I then tried to call the 800 number and received relentless sales pitch for some sort of medical service. Prior to the return the experience with the pickup had been excellent, the drop off for return though was time consuming, frustrating and stressful.
