Be up front about Price. The window sign says $19.99 and it actually cost $150.00. I was charged $50 for gas, I would have filled the the truck up myself if I new fuel was not included in the $.89 miles cost.

Richard M.Staff are very helpful, and 5x9 trailer w/ ramp is well-designed, easy to store and maneuver. Probably advisable to make guaranteed reservation on U-Haul website, because storage area is crowded, and when I just called to ask if a trailer was available, it was blocked in and inaccessible when I arrived to pick it up. Uploading driver's license in advance speeds up one's own check-in, but one is still at the mercy of whoever is in front of one in line.

Amanda W.I found the circular lock on the lock-box confusing. You can see letters on either side, but if you use the wrong side, it doesn't work. Also, the UHAUL App was extremely slow during the return procedure. I don' t know if it was a cell-phone signal issue, or if the servers were slow. (I had 2-3 bars of ATT signal). The App timed out several times in attempting to upload photos and the whole procedure took about 40 minutes that probably should have taken less than 10 minutes..

Added air and rechecked pressure the next morning, only to find tire had lost air overnight. Had to call road side assistance to replace tire. Facility should be checking tires before allowing customers to take unit. Apparently these were not checked. I rented this trailer to travel about 800 miles. No time for breakdowns.
jeff B.The application that you confirm the fuel and any other changes to the condition of the truck did not work at all. You are recommended to reply to the text and agree to the information but the system requires a picture of the fuel and mileage and there was no way to upload that photo. Tech support was of no use and we just had to not send the message.

Luckily it was a nice day so I settled for an open utility trailer and had to rent furniture blankets for extra protection. It would seem since it's a popular product you'd have more of them in the area.

BERNICE H.My overall experience was a delight. The man in charge of rentals was an absolute delight to speak with. The only issue I had was I hate the side mirrors. They break the driver view making it difficult to distinguish where traffic is on either side. Other than that I would absolutely recommend THIS company for your moving needs.

Had to drive back to the drop off location the next day (35 miles out of my way) when your site was back online to use it to do the return. Couldn't give you the pictures you wanted because I had already dropped off the keys in the lock box. This should have been an easy rent/return set up but without your website it turned in to a huge waste of my time and a real inconvenience.
