Drop off was easy. The location was closed for our drop off but we called ahead and got instructions on where to park the trailer which was checked in the following day with no problems. All went well.

Needed to borrow someone's phone to complete after-hours rental return as the uhaul website would fail to work with mine (samsung s8+, firefox and chrome, most recent versions available). If that hadn't been available, I would have been in trouble.

Trailer was picked up and had a tire with low air pressure. Realized it was low when I got home. Added air and rechecked pressure the next morning, only to find tire had lost air overnight. Had to call road side assistance to replace tire. Facility should be checking tires before allowing customers to take unit. Apparently these were not checked. I rented this trailer to travel about 800 miles. No time for breakdowns.

The application that you confirm the fuel and any other changes to the condition of the truck did not work at all. You are recommended to reply to the text and agree to the information but the system requires a picture of the fuel and mileage and there was no way to upload that photo. Tech support was of no use and we just had to not send the message.

The trailer I needed 5' x 8' wasn't available at any location within 50 miles of my home. I would need to go to Springfield to pick it up. Luckily it was a nice day so I settled for an open utility trailer and had to rent furniture blankets for extra protection. It would seem since it's a popular product you'd have more of them in the area.

It's a side business at a garage. Got the job done, but the desk area was crowded and dingy. No on at desk for at least 5 minutes while we waited. Parking areas packed with vehicles.

My overall experience was a delight. The man in charge of rentals was an absolute delight to speak with. The only issue I had was I hate the side mirrors. They break the driver view making it difficult to distinguish where traffic is on either side. Other than that I would absolutely recommend THIS company for your moving needs.

Truck was not at location that was "guaranteed" by uhaul. I had to travel to a different location to pick up the truck. Was a pain because it was moving day and I had people waiting for me.

This Uhaul business was a newer location. Hopefully they can arrange a better drop-off plan. Very tight quarters on a very busy street.

I returned the truck as agreed at 5:30pm and filled gas tank. They charged a 20 dollar “after hours service fee”. I'll never go back again. No reason for an extra charge. Yankee storage does not do this when we rent uhauls.

Your website was down when I went to return the truck. Makes it impossible to do the drop off online. Business where I dropped it off was not open on Sunday. Had to drive back to the drop off location the next day (35 miles out of my way) when your site was back online to use it to do the return. Couldn't give you the pictures you wanted because I had already dropped off the keys in the lock box. This should have been an easy rent/return set up but without your website it turned in to a huge waste of my time and a real inconvenience.

You could have made the contactless pickup and dropoff experience a whole lot clearer. I struggled to understand what was needed from me for both pick up and drop off, and what to do when things didn't go as planned.
