JAMES SByrne Towing is a very near my house, so I was hoping that the Car Dolly would make it's way there. Not that I would have to travel far if I needed to pick up at another location. Their lot is very cramped as they also need to park cars they are working on, and their tow trucks. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Neal JThe wifi which is required to access your key did not connect. I had two friends with me & it didn’t show up on their phones either. I was connecting to all other local businesses, so it wasn’t my phone. This caused an additional 40 minutes of waiting on hold for customer service. Also the 10’ truck I booked was not available even though 2 were sitting in the driveway. I had to use the largest truck which was stressful to drive. This also caused an additional customer service wait time. Overall it took 1 hr and 20 minutes to access the vehicle. Not a good experience.
