My husband drove the truck. He pulled over because it was driving strangely. It turns out that all of the lug nuts on one of the wheels were completely loose! He called Uhaul roadside assistance. They arrived significantly later than they said they would arrive. They tightened the lug nuts on that wheel and found that two of the other wheels had loose lug nuts as well. It's pure luck that my husband thought to pull over. Uhaul put him in a dangerous situation.

Lawrence KStraightforward and simple. And no last-minute changes by them to throw a wrench in whatever schedule we have...a very welcome experience.
Claude CMake sure the App is working for what it is intended for if not going to provide a human interaction buisness model. Not Byrne Towing's responsibility. The customer service help over the phone was great.
Philip VNothing. The vehicle I needed was there when needed, and the process (over the phone and in-person later) went very smoothly.
