I returned the tow dolly with no problem. When I called to make sure the place was open on Labor Day to return the truck, the woman told me "Don't bring it here. We're full up." So...I contacted two other U-haul locations. One said "We're full also." There was no answer. Long story short: After running all over town, I had to bring it back to this location and they had a few spaces left to park the vehicle. It was very frustrating.

I parked the truck with a dolly and went to inside the store to complete my trip but the owner of the store told me to park the truck different place. It was not my job! The person was so rude! One last thing, they even don't have a uhaul signboard around the store. It was a gas station.

My reservation included 3 dozens of blankets. However, the lady at the pick up location said she didn't have any blankets. I mentioned that the confirmation included the blankets and finally she checked and found one dozen. The contract still reflected three dozens and she charged me for them, so I had to bring that to her attention and she reimbursed me $20 cash. Moving is quite stressful and I think you should provide your clients with accurate information, rather than send an automatic confirmation email that apparently doesn't mean much. My fridge got scratched because of not having enough blankets to protect it.

The truck has no A/C and really needed the wheels balanced. It shook like crazy going down the road.

upon picking up the 15 ft. truck, they gave me the truck NOT CLEANED, had love bugs ALL OVER the windshield, and front of the body of the truck, truck was never cleaned upon taking it, not only that, when they gave me the truck, the gas gauge was on Empty, I had to put $70.00 dollars, i have been a good customer with U-Haul for years, never had a problem until now, and here I find out that when I returned the truck it had over 1/2 a tank of gas that I PAID FOR, and when I got the truck it was on empty, and here I find out that I would not get any money back for the Gas I paid for, I FILLED THE TANK UP. I feel I should get some money back for the gas that I left in the tank when I took it back, I am very unsatisfied for sure, have a nice day, thank's
