I called the U-Haul location when we saw the condition the back of the U-Haul had been left. The owner of the location was very rude. When I explained to him the condition that the U-Haul we rented was left in. He offered for us to bring it back to him and he would have it cleaned out. I declined to bring it back to him due to the fact we were trying to get stuffed moved and did not want to drive back over there . He was very rude and acknowledged that he knew the condition that the U-Haul was left in, but he didn’t have time to clean it up.he blamed it on the fact he had a new employee and they should of checked it. I questioned why if he knew the U-Haul was left with glass and plastic pipe and metal in the back of it why he did not take care of it since this was his facility. All he said was bring it back. I asked for a discount on the rental and he said he would not to that.
Stephanie HThe truck was not clean when I received it. The manager was unprofessional. The location did not have the appliance dolly that I had purchased. I had to drive to a different location for the dolly and pay another 16$ for the new dolly and haven’t heard back for a refund.

Mark DMy original location where I booked did not have the trailer and I had to drive 45 min one way to another location. I should not have had to that. I ordered blankets also but neither place had them. I fill I should get a discount for all the inconveniences I had to go thru since I had this trailer booked thru U-Haul a week prior to my arrival.
RICKY WI waited for like 2 hours because the associate wasnt trained and had to wait for her boss to arrive while contacting customer support, i would appreciate a partial refund as goodwill of uhaul since i lost a lot of time with these people

Glynnda Wthis location was fine, but it was the 3 location i had to go to after i had my reservation at another location then sent to another location just to be finally be sent to this location. I was told i was getting a credit back but i havent received anything back. I had a two hour delay getting the u-haul which put my hired movers in delay. paid then to not do anything since i i didnt have the uhaul.

Daniel PVery unprofessional, had to wait for him to arrive at the location first. He was not willing to accept the 20 foot uhaul truck only wanted the trailer. He threatened to have truck towed if I followed through the online process because he didn’t have the space. As a business representative he should of planned and refused the drop off before we arrived if they did not have the available space. Poor planning on his own part shouldn’t negatively affect the customer. He doesn’t need to represent uhaul and should have his dealer privileges removed.

WILLIAM CCMart was very rude and said they would not take the equipment. Female at location was yelling and cursing. In the future, call ahead to be sure your drop off location will except the equipment
Gracie BMake the equipment is in good condition the straps to the front wheels in position was hard to take out of the harness after playing with it for a while finally got it out called the maintenance shop and they wanted to charge me $300 I think that's unfair

Richard LEverything was great except I thought it was odd when returning the equipment the owner asked me if I found moving pads and a flashlight in the trailer when I picked it up. I told him no it was empty. He then asked if I was sure, which made it seem as if he was accusing me of taking the items. I said I was sure and there were two trailers on site, he went on to say he was sure it was that trailer and explained how expensive the lost items were. I once again told him the trailer was empty when I picked it up. Other than that everything was perfect from booking, to pickup, and then drop off.
Timothy TThe truck needed gas to make the 50 mile move I scheduled it for. The staff was helpful to add gas to the truck, which I paid for, but it would have been better service if the truck's gas had been added prior to my arrival.

Richard LI ordered the truck to be picked up at a certain location and was never told I would have to pick it up ACROSS town. I was also not informed that there would be a mileage charge. The vehicle had little to no gas and the check engine light was on the entire time. The worker didn't even check it.
