Agent 20 minutes late for appt time. Was charged an additional $147.00 from my debit card on Monday. He thought I was another customer who was renting a truck and dolly. He had not closed the accounts and itveas removed. This morning Tuesday the 147.00 was ppulled from my account again in addition to my 38.00 rental charge. This must be addressed.

The fuel was incorrectly noted. There was less that 1/4 tank when I picked it up. I took a photo of the dash when I picked it up and it clearly showed less than 1/4.

There was roaches alive and dead, broken glass everywhere, some sort of poop and sugar grains all over the floor. When the owner was told he said it’s ok, we got insurance. He told us the truth had 3/4 worth of gas and there was only 1/2.

A dedicated computer workstation and UHaul staff would have made the experience much more efficient.

The key was not in the box. The store clerk called someone who didn’t answer her phone. Then he called someone else. The clerk said 10 minutes. 20 minutes later the manager showed up. No apologies. So the ten o’clock pickup didn’t start until after 11. Poor representation for UHaul.

The fuel should be brought back to the level when obtained, but if you do not remember the level, the picture that was uploaded of the guage when taking the vehicle is not available to the customer or your customer service rep on the phone. I called and could not get an idea of the level so I refilled to the level I thought was correct. This was done through the 24/7 process.

The customer service was exemplary... outstanding. Highly recommend to family and friends to pick up and drop off. We moved from Maine and dropped off our unit at C-Store. We were so impressed on the friendliness of staff and how helpful they were in answering our questions in the process of dropping of the uhaul. We were so impressed that when we closed on our home we chose C-Store to pick up and drop off our uhaul. Thank you C-Store for treating us like family.

It was close to our house.

Well I did try to get a appliance cart but the store did not have any onsite.But they did offer me the dolly free of charge.

It was way out of the way and spent more money getting to our house and back for mileage than it did to take it to our storage unit in he next town. Online check in didn’t work well since the internet didn’t work well out there.

The manager at this location was excellent and went over and above to help me. His superior (Paul) also went above and beyond what was required. I would highly recommend both.

Had to work on the strap on the passenger side it would not release. Next morning in the next town that we stopped at Orkin man pulled up behind me and said I had a tail light out. So I had to get some magnetic lights to attach to my car so I can have lights. Later on that same day checking everything to make sure it was all secure founded passenger's side wheel straps was completely off. The wheel driver side out of balance constant bouncing. After getting home somewhere in Northern Kentucky the passenger side light on the dolly fell out was only hanging by the cord. Was not a good 2 day trip from Florida with these conditions of the dolly I seriously doubt that I would ever rent one of these again. On top of this I was charged almost $150 for this dolly. Way too much money for the experience of this rental

Air conditioning needs to be checked in trucks. Rented a 10 foot truck from website I did not realize it had no ramp. I was moving very heavy flooor safe could not use truck. I then had to drive back from destination (60 miles away) and get a bigger truck just to get a ramp. I got charged for mileage on small truck plus had to pay for bigger truck and all UHaul could was get local management to review it. Why would you rent a truck without a loading ramp and why do you not clearly state in bold type on website that 10 foot trucks have no ramp? Loss of time and money because of this made this a very unsatisfactory experience. Local U-Haul rep at store was very nice and helpful but could only do so much.

first of all I had the truck reserved for Wednesday 3rd. When I went there for 7 am. pick up, the woman was sick and the woman who was running the store couldn't rent me the truck because she didn't know how to do it, so I had to cancel the move for that day. We scheduled the truck for the next day, January 4th and she got on the phone with customer service and we got the truck rented. When I got inn the truck, there was only a quarter of a tank of gas. Not enough to get to where I was going, so I filled the truck at THEIR station and put $78.00 in it, not knowing how much it was going to use to go the 80 miles. When I returned the truck, I still had 3/4 tank of gas, so it cost me 1/2 tank of gas. I rented U Hauls many times, cross country and never had this experience before with no gas in the tank when I picked it up. And I will not do this again. There is no excuse for this because C-Store is a gas station and they should have had the truck filled!

The personnel at this location had no idea how to check in a truck, told us to park in this tiny space so we took the dolly off and put it where the other tow dollys were and advised the clerk. Parked in the tiny space allotted. We were then accused of stealing the dolly. This experience sucked.

a little bit of a wait here as the clerk said she didn't know how to accept a U-Haul but her manager was in and he would help us. She was quite busy at the counter and we waited for over 10 minutes before we finally went in the back and asked her manager ourselves. He came right out and check in was very quick after that.

No one in charge was present when returning truck so we dropped off keys to gas station attendant at location. Then a gas charge was put on our credit card even tho we made sure gas was at correct amount. Would not recommend

The truck was not clean it needs new wipers the lights were very week the check engine and oil light came on during driving to Illinois I do not think it is the stores fault!! I want some credit back on my card!!
