RONALD GAt 3:30 pm when I went to drop the trailer, there was no one there. There were no designated parking spots for the trailer and I had to unhook, alone, in a snowstorm. This was an awful experience.

Oscar PThe gentleman That took care of me I believe his name was Jason went above and beyond and made the process very simple.., as I rent with U-Haul a lot. This was by far the best experience I’ve had being it’s only “renting a U-Haul.”. I was in and out in my U-Haul within five minutes and then came back When I was done and out within a minute. 10 out of 10 would send my mother to Mr Jason. Man deserves a raise!!!
