Uhaul itself did not schedule my reservation properly. I got sent to this location to pick up my equipment but when I arrived they had no idea what equipment I needed and they took almost two hours to figure out this situation. I want to express that the staff working there were EXCELLENT and were doing their best to fix the problem, unfortunately they only had one 15fter that was on empty right off the bat and I had to go to another location to pick up the rest of the gear I needed.

KONSTANTIN A1. Reservation was made a day in advance and had to wait 30 min for owner upon arrival. 2. Truck was not clean and ready upon arrival. Had to wait. 3. Requested and confirmed dolly was not available upon arrival. 4. Boyfriend of owner did compensate for our time and delay by providing free blankets and furniture dolly 5. Mileage was misstated on paperwork by 2 miles. 6. I was charged $25 cleaning fee the night we returned the truck but was never told of this charge 7. Ms Lopez said she'd zelle me the $25. I didn't not receive it.
