1. Reservation was made a day in advance and had to wait 30 min for owner upon arrival. 2. Truck was not clean and ready upon arrival. Had to wait. 3. Requested and confirmed dolly was not available upon arrival. 4. Boyfriend of owner did compensate for our time and delay by providing free blankets and furniture dolly 5. Mileage was misstated on paperwork by 2 miles. 6. I was charged $25 cleaning fee the night we returned the truck but was never told of this charge 7. Ms Lopez said she'd zelle me the $25. I didn't not receive it.
