Here's the version with the location included: --- **1-star review — U-Haul, 27050 Furnivall Ave, Canyon Country, CA 91351** I reserved a 15-foot truck online for a move and took an Uber to get to this location. When I arrived, the owner/rep said he'd lost the key and couldn't locate it. I waited around for two hours while he searched. To make up for the inconvenience, he offered me a 26-foot truck instead and promised he'd charge me the same rate as the original 15-foot truck. When I returned the truck the next day, he was on the phone with someone confirming this arrangement, and I was told it would be handled at the 15-foot rate on my receipt. Instead, I was charged full price for the 26-foot truck — nearly double what I was promised, all because of their mistake with the missing key. I do not recommend this location. Poor communication, broken promises, and no accountability for their own

Matthew GThe gentleman there was very upset that a colleague left the 12x6 full of stuff. It was stuffed with chairs, fridges etc. He tried to clean it out but once I got home to load it I had to deal with grease on the floor of the trailer after it got on our couches.
