Still did not get final bill
JOSEPH MMy pickup was scheduled online for 5pm at a location close to me but the actual pickup was 20 miles away, we were give extra miles to allow for the added distance. Chris at CJ Rents reached out to me a few hours before the scheduled pick up to let me know that my pick up time was after they were closed and that he would have the everything ready for when I got there. Upon pick up I was not able to gain entry to the lockbox and called U-Haul. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes I was told that the pick was not set up for an after hours pickup and was changed so I was able to open the lock box thru the app. Chris reach out to me later to see how everything went and I told him of the issue I had. He explained that he did not set it up or would have been able to alter the pick to after hours. Somewhere there is a disconnect, if I had other options I would have canceled to rental on the spot.
Jeffrey WIt was a positive experience. The only negative is that it is U-haul's Policy to rent out the truck with whatever gas is in it and for you to return the truck with the same amount of gas. This forces you to spend more time before you can depart for your destination. Like most rental cars it should be full when you pick it up and return it the same way.

ROBERT PSite was closed but the lot was clean. Problems with the app doing after hours returns though.
