The drop off location never answered the phone. I must have called 10 times throughout the day. When I drove the trailer to the drop off location, there was no one there. Individuals at a neighboring business stated they don't know if he is around since they haven't seen him all day. I dropped off the trailer and left.

Not overcharge customers. I will never he uhaul again
Mark COwner told me in few word he was out fishing and was close because of that reason , also he was Ruth and unfriendly, at this point even hang of the phone on me, I am paying for a service and owner is thinking he is doing me a favor Mr, horrible place , not recommend .
