Headlights were terrible - Upon arriving at location to pick up truck, keys were not in designated lock box, they were still in the drop off box from the last person, spent about 50 minutes total on just trying to get someone on the phone and then figure out how to get my keys, so I lost about 30 min of my rental time, which doesnt seem like alot but I rented for 3 days, I needed every bit of the time I paid for. Then the dolly and moving blankets that were suppose to be on the truck, woman on the phone said they would remove it, and according to my receipt the only refunded me 25 dollars instead of the 51 dollars it cost.
