The most challenging experience I encountered was receiving a truck that was not properly prepared. My appointment was scheduled for 1:30 PM, but I only commenced departure at 2:30 PM. The owner demonstrated poor coordination, which hindered the process.

JOYCELYN WI set up my appointment to be front desk pick up, because I didn’t want to deal with the app. My pick up was 4:45pm… show up at 4:40… it was closed. I called the first number on the door no answer…. I called the second one and the lady that answered said, oh she must have left early… she did help me. However, it was nightmare to deal with the checking virtually, that is why I wanted front desk.
Randy WHave a agent on site when picking up the truck. Agent had to be called and process was extremely slow over the phone. Once we picked truck up, ramp would not work. Had to return truck, and again, we had to wait an additional 45 minutes for agent to arrive.
Stacey LIf no one is going to be there on time, provide the customer the code. Key was in the lock box, but code wasn’t provided.
