GARRY SI believe there's an issue with this truck! There's absolutely no way that 19 miles should cost $30 in gas. All but 1/2 mile this truck was empty. My son put in $10 gas and you charged $20 more. Very unhappy about this.

NANCY BThe app explanation how to gain access to the truck key was not clear enough.....it did not specify which of the 6 locks the combination would unlock, and I wasted over 30 minutes trying to open all of the combinations, which was very painful with arthritis. The truck ran, and wasn't clean but it was clean enough. Next time I won't try to rent a truck unless the place is open for business. The app was very frustrating to use.

Kind of shocking reading reviews from other customers who blame the business when they cannot use technology (mobile app), or blame the small business for being closed on a Sunday and giving them 3’stars. These people are lame! All small businesses deserve 5 stars!

The mobile app check-in experience was a nightmare! took us over an hour and FOUR phone calls to the 800 number to drive away with our truck, o e of the *numerous* issues being that the lock to our car key didn’t work- luckily they had other trucks available and the person at the app phone number was able to switch our vehicle and lock

Misty WThe gentleman running this place was the only representative who did inform me that if I change my drop off location I'd be charged immensely. So as much as I appreciate him telling me, the way he handled the situation showed minimal manners and understanding towards the customers struggle. Also it's rather unprofessional to ever tell a customer "how little money" you actually make off of uhaul rentals. If it's that much of a hassle for you sir, and an inconvenience maybe you should stop then.

Alyne HI bought a new couch and bedroom furniture, moved it all myself renting this truck and saved a ton of money! the store's delivery fees are crazy and week to deliver. I did it all in 2 hours for $40.

TREVOR SEverything was great. The van was just what we needed, was easy to drive and in excellent condition. The only thing that was odd was after I made my reservation by phone (also easy), the emailed confirmation reflected a much higher price. I called back to confirm, and they explained that when I returned the van, the price would readjust to what we had discussed. That was true, but perhaps you could work out a way of confirming that doesn’t require a nervous call back just to check on what it will cost. All in all though I got great value for my money and I was very pleased with the whole experience.
