Location and van worked great and were in good condition. I strongly suggest talking to an attendant when picking up if you can; we used the app for an after-hours pickup and ended up having to call customer service bc the app was glitching so badly.

No one there to help. Place was closed at time of appointment. Had to call Uhaul wait 20 minutes just to talk to someone - then use some stupid Uhaul app to sign myself in - take bunch of photos - I have AT&T phone service - coverage is bad in Dryden area. I was there for over 90 minutes screw balling around with reject photos - dropped calls - a nightmare. Never ever again!!!
GRANT CWith no Uhaul in Cortland, this place is the best! Do not mind driving to Dryden with service like this!
