Rick MJUST WANT TO THANK judybagain for opening at 7:30am so we could pick up our uhaul. Her location doesn't open on a Sunday, so she adjusted for us. Thank you Judy!!!! When folks are planning, it is important that pick up and drop off locations are open ... Unhaul could donmuch better and work this all out. Don't let me pick a Sunday pick up date if the location is not open. We were lucky that we could adjust, but inbound suspect that manu can't. We selected Uhaul because we could go in one direction, which was very useful.

ALAN SLittle space for packing. Several equipment on the way increasing the risk to damage the equipment at parking. Dropped the equipment on sunday night (2 days before the drop off date) but was disappointed to see that they recorded as if It was dropped on Tuesday, which lead to an extra day charges. I had to spend my time calling to get the invoice corrected. In addition, I was charge 149 MI extra, without considering the free milles allocated to me by the head office as I had to drive the truck from GTX Alfred due to Montreal where I initially reserved before being told that there were no truck available for me at less than 24 hours before pick-up

THIS LOCATION 1725 DUNROBIN is not the drop off but a private home with a sign on the Garage (Look at the link https://goo.gl/maps/Mpg9B3X7RPVQxy8C9 ) that says to go down the road to 15 Cambell Reit Crescent --> THIS ACTUAL LOCATION --> https://goo.gl/maps/T8WFNRbkH8GnFrg36 Look at this location. You should realize that the 1725 Dunrobin road should be removed from your location for drop offs completely and as far as I am concerned is deceitful! Other than that service was great and fast once at the proper location.

Henry HI did not get confirmation of the rental after the initial booking the week before, had to track down the truck the day of rental, the truck was not clean when I got it, sand and some garbage in the back. Am not a fan of booking at one location and being told I have to "go fetch" the truck at a different location. Poor communication all around, internet not working at location when I did find the truck, no apology for keeping me waiting, just grumbling about the internet service. The one good part of the experience was they were able to upgrade to a larger truck than I booked initially but were surly about explaining why it needed to be returned early the next day. Not the service I had expected from Uhaul.

Israel SI didn't have high expectations for the truck.Thus, I was not disappointed. Old trucks from US; had to convert miles to kms to understand my speed. The staff was very good, but the location itself is like a warehouse in the middle of nowhere. The worse part was that we left our car at this location and when we returned the truck we could not leave as our car was blocked by another car (apparently a corporate car from this location). We wasted four hours calling the police, Uhaul, The service center next to Uhaul, City of Ottawa, Services Kanata, and finally, a parking enforcement office came and could do nothing as that car was parked legally. Why Uhaul advised us to park there is other cars could park next to our car and block our exit. Very disappointed. Four hours with a small child waiting for somebody to come and help made the worse experience I have ever had.

MARC LThere was no truck at 1725 Dunrobin road. Cadillac Storage is a home with a field where stuff is abandoned. When I called I was told to go to the location at Gallaghers Garage on Campbell Reid Crt. which was close by but we lost over 30 minutes on the start of our busy day. The experience at that location was excellent and we will use it again, but suggest you remove Cadillac Storage from your website or fix the confusion between the 2 locations.

Mr PWould never ever recommend uhaul and will never be using it again. We had a horrible experience- which my husband detailed in your earlier email looking for our feedback so not sure why u sent us another one. Firstly our trailer that we reserved was not available at the original location which caused us to drive Last minute to a much further location in order to get a different one! Terrible communication started here. We finally got our trailer and left Ottawa enroute to Calgary but our vehicle broke down in thunder bay and we had to leave the uhaul there. After spending a significant amount of time trying to locate someone to pick it up in order to return it we did. The “uhaul agent” said they were on their way and that we did not need to wait for them. Said he was 30 min away -Directions were given. Uhaul told us we had to pay the entire cost of the rental despite only being barely half way thru our journey. We left Thunder Bay aug 12 and arrived in Calgary the 16th. Last week we were contacted by uhaul advising that our trailer was overdue ! And where was it? Seriously. We spoke to 3 different people from uhaul telling them what had happened. Yesterday we were contacted again and they threatened to File a police report! We had to Call various garages in Thunder Bay to identify the agent in order to see what he had done with the trailer because your employees were so incompetent and this after we had been charged the WHIOLE amount for the rental! When we finally thought we had located your agent and spoke to him he denied being the agent that was to pick the trailer up. But we later confirmed thru cell records that he was in fact the one. We called him back and he said he picked it up immediately after speaking with us the day before- sept 9th! It was still at the car dealership where our vehicle is under repair! And uhaul threatened to call police on us?! Shame on you all and you need to improve your internal communication and tracking of your trailers. Once we get settled in our new home I am quite motivated to go public about our experience as it was horrible!! I just cannot believe that any company would provide such terrible customer service. If you care at all to make it right you would refund us our money. We spent a significant amount of our own time doing your work for you.
