My phone was dead and I was not able to do any of that because did not know I needed to do all that in the first place. JAMES EI would improve the online portion of things. It was difficult to have everything processed, and I had to call in for assistance. I would also have a disclaimer telling customers that the location of the check in and where the truck is parked are not the same. Other than that, everything was great!! The lady I spoke with, stayed on the phone with me during the difficulties to ensure that my payment had actually gone through. Thank you!

dailia wPlease let customer know bout the lock box jey to pick up . Our experience was we havent moved in 20 years and didn’t know bout lock box key to pick up truck . The business we’d went was closed even though we were told truck would be there. We thought we were out of a truck and contacted website at uhaul and they told us had been do the lockbox for couple years but we didn’t know that.

Joyce HThe Uhaul we got had no gas in it when we picked it up. It wasn’t an issue until the people told me i needed to put as much gas in it as there was when i picked up. I left a quarter tank of gas in the truck when i dropped it off when the gas light was on when picked up. So they charged me over $100 for no reason. The lady at Glass and Paint argued with me and told me to “Get over It”. So yes I wouldn’t recommend Uhaul to anyone. Get your own truck and trailer instead of dealing with their bull crap.

cindy mExcellent service! They had what I needed, answered all my questions, and were very helpful. After a previous bad experience with U-Haul, I was delighted to have a good one. I am annoyed that there is no support for the trailer when you disconnect it from the vehicle. One has to use one's back to lift it off and then up and on again. WHY don't you equip the trailers with something this simple? This time I had a guy to assist; last time I had to lever the trailer up with a 2" X 4". Not fun.

Thomas DTruck was not sanitized between use. Or before I got into it. Told the young girl there that reserved my Uhaul I needed a appliance dolly but failed to list that on my reservation. So upon pickup of the truck guess what? No appliance dolly. I know the truck wasn't sanitized before i got it because I live right @ the place and saw when the truck came in and when they reparked the truck. Very poor communication there with the place and the girl in charge and we are in the middle of a pandemic and the truck should have been cleaned.. Period! No excuses. Very unprofessional. Do you all plan on doing anything about it? No! Wasted words right? Of course.

Jim CFirst, the was not the location I chose. The day before pick-up, they called me explaining my reservation was transferred to them because the original location didn't have a truck. I had to drive almost 35 miles to pick up the truck. This location is clearly in it for the money. The truck I rented had windshield wipers that were dry rotted. When I called to report it to them, the lady said, "there's nothing I can do about it once it leaves." She told be to "call for roadside assistance." Hey attitude was terrible. She never even apologized.

Anna HI ended up at this location because the original location was not even an open business location. I missed the movers and had to pay people to come help load the furniture. the delay cost me two extra days. PLEASE take the HWY 84 location in Bainbridge GA out of your system. This created so many problems for us. As far as the new location, they were great. I will recommend them to everyone.
