Was charged an extra day because no one was there to check in my trailer upon return. Gates were chained and locked during working hours. Phone went to voicemail, but full mailbox. Three calls to customer service just to get an area manager to look into it. I was still charged for 6 days even though I returned the trailer after 5. I will look for other options before using Uhaul or this location again. also, the trailer had a tire leaking. Had to fill it multiple times during use.David S.

The main issues I had were 3-fold (only the first item had to do with the pickup location): 1. The furniture pads I ordered were not in the truck. I am still trying to get this charge off my invoice. 2. The online process to get the keys was bogged-down. It took maybe 15 minutes of me looking at a "please wait" screen before I got the key box code. 3. I tried to call the 800 number for help with these 2 issues, and was transferred to a different person 5 or 6 times. After 40 minutes (most of which was on hold between transfers), I finally gave up and ended the call.Richard H.

The attendant had a bonnet on her head and house shoes she was walking on the back of. It was very unprofessional she was late also she did all transactions from her cell phone that did not give me the option to have a service contract which led to Uhaul sending me a email saying I never returned the truck ! Which was not true they couldn't close the contract because she never completed it because her cell phone wasn't working correctly . I have used Uhaul services for years round trip one way and never have I experienced such a disappointment of service. I will never return to this location or recommend they give the overall brand a bad look . I put gas in the truck and returned it early and still received a email say equipment not returned. I have yet received a email saying what my total charge after the return of truck and that the order was closed..Cornette A.

I called the day my rental was due because I received a text it was due at this location although my paperwork stated otherwise. The woman who answered the phone was of no help in clarifying the situation. So, I ended up attempting to drop the truck off at the location stated in my paperwork but, they wouldn't let me so I then had to get back in the truck and drive to this location. This headache could've been alleviated entirely had this woman been more helpful.Robert L.

I reserved a 26ft for sat my location was move 3 different times whiched caused my pick up to be 21 miles away from my house so before i even got home i had an additional charge of 21.00 then i received an email of my total charges and seen a ezgas charge of 33.00 and SOME change and we did put gas in the uhaul before returning...i have gas receipt from speedyway and we took a picture of the dash when we dropped of the truck (which was on the side of the location outside of the locked gate) where we was told to leave it by the worker .....i wish to be refunded the 21.00 for the gas mileage that i shouldnt have be charged and the ez gas charges.... i had issue's 4 urs ago when i rented from a different location where the truck its self wouldn't hold a charge and broke down on us several times during my use and i was only giving a 10.00 credit for the dolly for my inconvenience i do believe this will be the last time i use uhaul and i will be sure to direct anyone that i know to find a different rental serviceVeronica M.

There was a big delay because the U-Haul computer system did not include the dolly and pads I had explicitly ordered on line. They had the equipment but your invoice did not and would not include it. Not CAI's fault. It was yours. My only recourse was to go to the Gilbert Avenue U-Haul and rent them there. Lastly, the truck we rented was fine except the ramp needs repair. Several times we'd pull it out but could not lift it up so the prongs would fit into the slots. Finally we figured out that if we pulled the ramp off to one side a bit, we could get around whatever was jamming. This will bother the next renter for sure.Paul M.

The representative did not appear to know what they were doing. I was asked the same question over and over and did not know the difference between a state and a city. Plus, seemed to worry more about the mobile phone and leaving than serving me. I will say the person who put the truck and trailer together was great and had the truck running so it warmed up for me.AMY R.

The rep told me the trailer had to be back in 6 hours and the website said 24 hours. I didn't get a six hour rate so why do I pay a 24 hour rate and get the rental for 6 hours?Phillip W.

I was quoted an incorrect price after returning truck that in turn caused my account to be overdrawn. When I called to ask about it they were very rude and unprofessional and not pleasant to speak with. I wasn't asking for reimbursement but just wanted to bring to their attention that providing a receipt could have prevented the whole issue. And an apology would've been nice.Sherry W.

The employee was very nice and was very troubled that the person at the pick up site did not do his job and check the equipment as the damage would have fallen on the customer or his hands since it was not listed on the pick up report. Luckily I had purchased the insurance.Patrick Z.
