Cashier told me to park the truck so I did. And as soon as I got back in the store, she said not there and pointed to the side. So I moved the truck and backed in for safety. She then told me that I needed to turn it around. I asked why and her response was I just like it the other way....

Whitney HThe problem is the staff at these U haul facility, have no clue how to rent a U haul. I was sent from one place to another. The 2nd location was able to help. She had to call her manager, and her m manager does it from home. It was a very long process. Why have an elderly w omen working there that plainly said. " I don't know how to rent one. I need a receipt sent to my email please. My house flooded. They promised to send me a receipt. Have received it yet. So if I don't get a receipt and u keep employing such workers that don't know how to do their job. Its so unprofessional.
Pam TThe 12x6 trailer had no way to raise the hitch in to position to get it on my vehicle. It was very heavy to lift and I couldn’t lift it on to the vehicle hitch. I had to use my car jack and try and raise it up so I could back up under it. Very bad situation and safety concerns.
