The gas station employee was not prepared to handle the pick up process. They did not have the knowledge or training to process the transaction and they did not have a computer or tablet and were trying to process on a personal phone. Took entirely too long for what should have been a simple process.

Manager charged me for a 15 foot truck when I ordered a 10 foot truck and when U-Haul called me, they said I would get the 15 foot truck for the price of the 10 foot truck since they didn’t have any 10 but trucks in stock. I was also charged a $15 fee for supplemental insurance that I did not authorize. Tried to call the manager several times today with no response. Text message went unread. He owes me $25 and needs to credit my card back ASAP. Just tried to call him once again before I send this and no answer and no Voicemail to leave a message.

Karen TWell first off I went to a location that had the truck I was needing. Do I reserved the truck there. Told them I’d pick it up Tuesday I go there to get the truck they tell me that I have to go to others side of town to get the truck so I go to others side side of town and get truck. I leave in truck there is a bumping sound on front drivers tire. So I stop check it out and there’s a big flat spot on tire. I take truck back to where got it from. Tell them and even ask if they could just let me go to where I thought the truck I reserved was at. Which was a lower priced truck. So I was asked if I’d go by cartersville shop and get tire fixed which I was running behind at the time so I said yes I would and I get $50 credit. I got the $50 credit but I had to go out of my way to get tire fixed which caused plus having yo go to others side of town added about 6-10 to my mileage to get higher and cost more. So no I would not recommend from this experience.
Kevin CThe pickup was a disaster. I had completed the early check-in. The agent at the food mart was untrained and seemed to be in a daze. It took 1 hour just to get the trailer. They had no dolly lift to get the refrigerator tongue up and onto my ball. I had to use my car jack. Would not recommend anyone go there to rent anything.
