Again, dropoff was easy-peasy, very friendly staff, took about one minute.
WIDO MMaybe possibly having someone there to back up the person so the customers do not have to wait long. She did a great job by herself but could have used some assistance from someone.
ABBYGAIL VThe were not equipped to have me return a 20' truck which would not really fit into their parking lot. Additionally, they were not able to give me any paperwork upon my return. Since Uhaul called me on Sunday to ask where the truck was, it told me that they had not even completed the rental process.
MARK CThere was no provision to park or stop anywhere to even talk to rep. or pick up the keys. I had to double park. Rep didn't seem at all interested and the U-haul was not ready or setup in his account. Had to wait for a while The u-haul was not even at the location. I had to walk down the road to locate it, there was no provision for parking over there either. Very frustrating. During return there was no check to see if I return, what if someone else damages Uhaul who will be responsible? One young boy told me to just leave the keys on the desk and go. There was a violation ticket on the windshield when I arrived. Not sure if the Uhaul that was parked at an authorized parking location. It was on the streets lined up one behind the other. Due to this issue, I would never rent from that location again. U-haul was clean from the inside and ran well.
ARZAN LThe vehicle was delivered to me an hour late. The person at the location made me wait for an hour. When asked about it he was rude. I thought i would let it go, but now i got the bill and that is wrong too. Besides giving the truck back fully refueled, i got charged for refueling. The fuel indicated in the bill is wrong. This is the worst experience i have had at U-haul. I wouldn't recommend or personally ever use any services from U-haul. Please refund me the entire amount, because 1) i didn't get the truck at promised time. 2) when asked about the delay got a rude treatment from the employee 3) I am having to waste my time now dealing with bill correction.
GOPI CA/C didn't work well. Had to return to get the rear door open.
ROSS MMy rental stayed active for a week after my return. Please process the returns as soon as you are able to.
Gurpreet SThis was a great location! The host was kind and friendly and very knowledgeable about the moving truck! I would definitely recommend this location to a friend and if I am moving things out of that location again I would use them again also!
KENNETH BCharging me for 20 miles is bullshit! I spent over $60 by the time I put gas in to go to the dump and return within 2 hours. I’ll never use you U-Haul again.

RAFAEL FI recently rented a U-Haul truck from California Auto Salon Suite A and had a mixed experience. Let me start with the positives: the customer service at this location was outstanding. The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient, making the check-in and check-out processes smooth and hassle-free. Their positive attitude and willingness to assist really stood out and made a significant difference. However, the truck itself was quite disappointing. The vehicle I was provided was notably old and in poor condition. The interior was dirty, with remnants of previous rentals and a general lack of cleanliness that was hard to overlook. On top of that, the truck's model was outdated, which affected its performance and made the drive less comfortable than I had hoped. While I appreciate the excellent customer service, the condition of the truck was a major letdown and detracted from the overall experience. I hope U-Haul addresses these issues to ensure future renters have a better experience.

Amanda DFirst, I had to stand there for 15 minutes while someone went to retrieve the truck which was parked a little away from the office. Second, when I returned the truck, a man at the desk took the keys and told me I would get the final receipt in my email. A day later, I still had not received the it. I called and the person on the phone said I would get it before the end of the day. The next day, I still had not received it, so I chatted online with U-haul and was told that a message would be sent to the location inquiring about the receipt. I did not receive anything all weekend, so I called the office again on Monday and the person told me that they were still checking in vehicles from Saturday. I let him know that I had rented the truck on Wednesday and wondered why it took so long to finish and send out the final receipt. He said he would send it out by the end of the day, which finally happened. It's ridiculous that it took 5 days to get it.
Carlos LLet’s just put it this way. I dropped the uhaul off on the 8-14 and it wasn’t checked in until the 8-17. So I don’t need to say more.

Mark MThis location took my key, but provided me no information on how to close out the U-Haul (Neither Did the App). I had to deal with U-Haul calling me 2 days later because the truck was not shown as returned.
Brian MI was in a hurry and needed to get a van quickly for a short trip. First class customer service and the check via the online application was excellent. I hope all my details are stored on the cloud so i am now in your system and when the next time comes around the service will be even more seamless!!!

Thomas GDon't lose the keys and then charge customers for returning the truck 2 days after it was dropped off. Don't charge customers for a gas tank reading that isn't accurate because it's parked on a hill. Don't try and charge customers for going over miles when the was returned. And then don't offer to refund only the late fees because in the eyes of the customer, your uhaul business has already lost trust needed in order for a drop off of a rental to be successful.

Jennalyn MWhen I arrived, the U-Haul operator was eating lunch in front of the desk where you check in. I felt like I was being a nuisance for wanting to rent by U-Haul at the time I came. After checking the truck, the fuel gauge once I started the engine was at 1/8 of a tank so I immediately had to fill up with gas. I returned the truck with 1/2 tank and didn’t get prorated for the difference like operator said I would. This location was not ideal as they did not have much equipment to rent and their main operation was window tinting.

Gary REmployee was very receptive and helpful. Perhaps I should have asked more questions, but was somewhat concerned that I has given nothing in writing that the truck was returned on time with the 1/4 tank of fuel and in satisfactory condition. The receipt was emailed later which was all that is necessary.
Marvin BWhen I arrived, I wasn’t greeted by anyone although there seemed to be people working. It was only after several minutes that someone noticed me. The woman who helped me out, did not seem to know what to do or even knew if there were U-Haul rentals that day. No instructions were given to me and I just felt less than cared for. I would not recommend this location moving forward and feel some compensation should be provided given the poor service.

Richard KLocation barely looks like a U-Haul. Owners were not there at 10am when my reservation was guaranteed. I had to call and they showed up late at 10:30 without even having a vehicle prepared. Do not recommend.

Necati YMy appointment was 10am, I showed up, and the place was closed. When i called they told me they will get there at 10:30am. They also told me I can return the uhual anytime just before 6:00pm. I went to return at 5:30pm and it was closed. They were very inaccurate with their time.

Robert DDropped off truck at 4. Got my receipt of drop-off at 6:01, which I assume is why I got a late-service fee. Also had nothing in the back but UHaul's equipment and still got a cleaning fee.

Donald BMake sure you get a receipt before you leave, don’t let them talk you out of it. Otherwise they’ll process your return at their convenience, and you might be charged extra day fees if they end up processing the return after your deadline.
Rachel LThere were no signs or trucks indicating any affiliation with U-Haul whatsoever around the entire property. The key drop box had no markings or signs indicating the correct Uhaul box. Drop off after hours was a mystery with a lot of uncertainty.
Justin Ayou online ordering process has an obnoxious amount of up-sell items that are preselected, the default is to order all these items, not a choice to choose them. will not recommend UHaul to anyone.
