RICHARD FInitially CMG would not receive my trailer as my drop off location was Security Public Storage. However, when I went to Security Public Storage, they told me they no longer receive trailers from UHaul and I needed to go back to CMG. I had to spend 30 minutes calling 800 numbers, getting transferred multiple times until I received authorization to drop it off at CMG. After that, things went well.

David CThe car trailers ratchet straps were in very poor condition. Ones side would not even reach over my tire and the other side that did had a giant tear in it. Additionally one of the tires was very low on air. No pre departure inspection took place whatsoever.
