The owner of this location was pleasant, friendly and professional. My reservation was originally at another location and was transferred due to van availability. I would return to this location because I had such a good experience.

Kelly FAwful customer service. Rental truck had a leaking gas tank that wasn't discovered until trying to fill the tank before return. California Propane 1 needs to inspect their rentals better. California Propane 1 worker gave me a terrible attitude trying to blame me for the cut gas line. I went to the gas station twice trying to fill the tank to the required amount, because California Propane 1 worker told me the amount in the tank was too low and I'd be charged $40 for a low gas tank return. I paid $54.81 trying to refill the tank. California Propane 1 gave me terrible attitude, and no concern that they rented me a dangerous vehicle, or that it was impossible to fill the tank. This is unacceptable.

MICHAEL YThis was a really poor experience. The surrounding area is disgusting. The location has zero technology to get you checked in. I spent 20 minutes just trying to upload my ID. Then the van was incredibly dirty and had zero gas even though it said it had a 1/4 tank. The owner said that thieves probably stole the gas. Then luckily he had a little to put in the van so I could drive down the street and get filled up.

Uriel PThe owner charged me $54 erroneously for fuel surcharge AFTER I left. [I returned the truck with exactly the amount of fuel I had been given] When I called to correct the error, he hung up on me. He did not answer when I called back. I'm mad and I want to be reimbursed my $54.
