Pick up & drop off was good. Truck was clean. I recommend this location for your U-Haul rental needs.
Sherriel SI specifically chose a drop-off location that was open until 5pm to make sure I could return in person when I made my reservation. The morning of the rental, after I already picked up my vehicle, I was told I had to change my location. The new location there was nobody in the office. There is no sign in front of the building. There is only a small sign on the bottom half of a glass door. Further, the entire parking lot had no cleared spots to park the vehicle from the snow storm. I had to drive over a snow bank between two other vehicles in a very tight parking space.

Barbara HLock boxes weren't as pictured, difficult to access. Truck had 1/8 tank and needed fueling earlier than expected. App kept crashing, had to use mobile site, support agent never responded. Pictures of truck weren't accurate. Whole experience was pretty difficult and stressful with lots of pain points. Not really impressed with the self service process...
Stephen KIsabella from the pick-up location delivered epic customer service! She called me the day before the pick-up and even provided her cellphone number should any issues arise as they’re closed on Saturdays. Would highly recommend this location to anyone who has a need.

Gary SI filled out my license information three times, the photo scanning and picture taking was not working at the pickup location, I was guaranteed my truck at a location and was forced to drive twice as far (and pay more) because it suddenly was unavailable, and I calling customer support, it took 15 min of waiting and they hung up on me during the call. You can improve by not having a horrific UX, buggy software, and follow through with your guarantee claims.
