No one at the location although hours listed from 9 am. Took pics and left key in Dropbox. Stacey, with whom I spoke on phone at time of drop off was very helpful. I sent pics and explained about a charge we weee unaware of that showed on our receipt and she followed thru to get a refund! Thank you Mr. Alan Valdez! Overall so glad for U-Haul because Budget truck bailed on us less than 24 hrs prior to pick up time!

Really can’t offer any improvement suggestions. We were re-routed to California Rose U- Haul from another provider and it turned out to be a great experience. Isabel made the entire process easy and was a great help in getting us started, adding another driver and making sure everything with the truck was to our satisfaction. The return was as easy and better.
